The technican even put protective liners on his shoes as not to dirty my floor. He got right to work, informed me of the price, and was very professional. I experienced an electrical problem when testing my generator that resulted in a powersurge damaging several thousand dollars of electrical appliances. Kent came out to my house himself, on time, an identified the problem as a loose connection in the generator cable. He fixed the problem, tested the generator and wrote me a letter for the home owners insurance company all for no charge. That is great service.

The man answering the phone on initial call placed around 1:30pm was very pleasant and easy to communicate with in English. He said they could come out that day as requested. The two techs arrived within an hour to an hour and half of initial call. They explained the pricing and explained my options regarding the work to be performed and some other potential work I had questions about. They completed the work pretty quickly while I had kitchen cabinet installers in my small kitchen they had to work around. They even helped me with translating Spanish to English with the cabinet installers.

We asked for an estimate on lighting work, got that and a start date. They arrived on time (in fact even a bit early!) were extremely clean, covered all furniture, wore shoe coverings to protect carpets and floors from dirt, mud, finished work in a reasonable time, had all equipment needed and did a precise job. It all went as well as possible. Perhaps not the cheapest but well worth the cost for the peace of mind and quality.
